Thank you for choosing SoftwareLinkers for your school management software needs. This No Refund Policy is designed to clarify the terms under which purchases are made and outlines the company’s approach to refunds and cancellations.

  1. No Refunds
    Due to the nature of the software, once the school software license or services are purchased and activated, SoftwareLinkers does not offer refunds. This policy applies regardless of the reason, including dissatisfaction with the software, change of plans, or inability to use the software.

  2. Access and Usage
    By purchasing the software, you acknowledge that you have fully assessed the capabilities, features, and suitability of the software for your institution's needs. The school software is considered fully operational once activated and available for use.

  3. Cancellation Policy
    If you wish to terminate the software subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your existing contract period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.

  4. Technical Support
    SoftwareLinkers provides technical support to help with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the software. However, technical support services are separate from refund eligibility and will not result in refunds if software issues cannot be resolved.

  5. Adjustments and Customizations
    If adjustments or customizations were made to tailor the software to your institution's requirements, these are non-refundable and are considered part of the purchased service.

  6. Payment Terms
    Payments made for the software and associated services are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sales are final.

  7. Exceptions
    Refunds may only be considered under special circumstances, such as the failure of the software to meet agreed-upon service levels, which will be determined at SoftwareLinkers' sole discretion.
